Grease trap service areas on the Mississippi Gulf Coast

We take grease trap pumping and cleaning requests from restaurants and commercial kitchens across Harrison, Jackson, and Hancock counties. Grease rules depend on which county and utility serve you, so pick your city below.

Harrison County

Cities in the Harrison County Utility Authority (HCUA) grease trap permit program. A permit is required, and going 90 days without cleaning can lead to inspection and penalties. Read the HCUA guide.

Gulfport

Harrison County's largest city, with every kind of kitchen from diners to hotels and cafeterias.

Biloxi

Seafood restaurants, hotels, and casino resort kitchens, often with several traps or large interceptors.

D'Iberville

Quick-service and casual dining kitchens along the I-10 and I-110 corridor north of the Back Bay.

Long Beach

Neighborhood restaurants plus school and campus kitchens between Gulfport and Pass Christian.

Pass Christian

Harbor-town restaurants and seafood kitchens on the western end of Harrison County.

Jackson County

Outside HCUA's area. Check your city's own grease trap ordinance and the Jackson County Utility Authority; our city pages summarize what we could verify.

Ocean Springs

Independent downtown restaurants, cafés, and bars, many with indoor traps in older buildings.

Pascagoula

Restaurants, workplace cafeterias, and institutional kitchens in the Jackson County seat.

Hancock County

The Hancock County Utility Authority has its own Fats, Oils, and Grease Ordinance (2011), with a 30-day baseline for interceptors.

Bay St. Louis

Old Town and beachfront restaurants under Hancock County's own FOG ordinance.

We also take requests from Gautier and other nearby Gulf Coast communities. Choose "Other Gulf Coast area" on the form if your city is not listed.
